Here is some basic information to get you started
Consultation
I offer a free 15‑minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so we can get a sense of whether we have a good match.
Rates
These will be discussed during the initial appointment. Following the initial evaluation, rates are based on length of session (typically 45–60 minutes).
Insurance & Private Pay
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, usually under “mental health” or “behavioral” services. Every policy is different, so please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
For many clients — especially those using PSYPACT telepsychology services — sessions are often private pay. Private pay is always an option for all clients, regardless of insurance status.
Payment
Cash, credit card, or check are accepted at the time of service. If you are using insurance, co‑payments will be collected each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee.
Documentation and Forms
Each new client receives a welcome email with instructions and links to complete all necessary paperwork online through a secure platform.
All paperwork must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment in order to keep your scheduled time.
