Today is the day to reach out, tomorrow is the day to feel better.

Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming — whether it’s stress, anxiety, or unexpected changes. I work with children, teens, and adults managing ADHD, OCD, and anxiety. With over 38 years of experience, I focus on practical strategies that help people make steady progress in daily life.

My Approach

Therapy should be practical, structured, and focused on steady progress. My goal is to help clients build strategies that work in daily life, with clear steps and consistent support.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and trained at McLean Hospital, a Harvard teaching hospital. I’ve worked in community mental health, university counseling, and private practice settings in Boston, Madison, and metro Detroit. Today, I maintain an independent practice in Michigan and provide therapy locally and virtually through PSYPACT.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. For other insurance providers, I offer documentation you can submit for out‑of‑network reimbursement. Many clients also choose private pay, especially those working with me through PsyPact.

What is PSYPACT?

PsyPact is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth services across participating states. This makes therapy accessible even if you live outside Michigan.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can use the Contact form or the New Clients tab to begin the onboarding process. I’ll guide you through paperwork, expectations, and scheduling your first session.
